Thank you for trading with BigBoss. 


Our official trading application ""BigBoss QuickOrder (BBQ)"" will undergo system maintenance in order to release new features.

The maintenance will be performed in two phases on the following dates and times.
After the maintenance, the rate/chart update frequency will be settable to reduce the app's data usage.
Please refer to the details below.

【Maintenance Time】
①19th April, Sat 01:00-04:00 (GMT +0) 
②26th April, Sat 01:00-02:00 (GMT +0) 
※End time may vary depending on the maintenance progress. 

【Maintenance Target】
BigBoss's official trading app "BigBoss QuickOrder (BBQ)" 
※MT4/MT5 apps for PC and smartphones, and MT4/MT5 WebTraders are not subject to the maintenance. 

【Server】
All MT4/MT5 server (Including DEMO)


During the maintenance period, you will not be able to log in, trade, or receive rates on the BBQ app. Also, users who are logged into the BBQ app prior to maintenance will be automatically logged out. If you need to operate transactions, please use the PC, Smartphone version, or Web Trader of MT4/MT5. 

In addition, after the maintenance on 26th April, you will need to update the app to the latest version. 
The latest version will allow you to set the rate/chart update frequency.
If you wish to lower the data usage of the app, you may change the frequency from the setting. 


In order to provide a safe and enjoyable trading experience for all BigBoss users, we continue to strive for better operations and improvement of our services.
