Receiving unexpected emails with the following subject lines may signify that a third party has gained unauthorized access to your MyPage:

【BigBoss】Application of Withdrawal of Funds
■ Required actions upon receiving a suspicious email
If you happen to receive such emails, please take the following actions immediately:
1. Do not click any URLs, links, or buttons in the email.
2. Log in to MyPage and immediately cancel any fund transfer or withdrawal requests that you did not make.
3. Change your password.
(*Considering the potential risk of virus infection on your PC, please complete this step using a secure alternative device such as a smartphone.)
4. Contact Customer Support to change your registered email address.

Password Change of MyPage:
1. Click “Forgot your password? (Reset)” on the login screen.

2. On the Reset Password page, enter your registered email address and click the “apply” button.
3. You will receive an email titled “【BigBoss】Reset Password”.
Please ensure you also check your spam folder.
4. Follow the instructions in the email to reset your password.
<How to Change Your Registered Email Address>
To change your registered email address, please contact Customer Support and provide the following information:
・The new email address you wish to register
・An image of your identity verification document
【Identity Proof】 Must include: applicant’s photograph, name and date of birth, and expiry date
E.g.: ■Passport ■Driving License ■Insurance Card ■Identity Card
