BigBoss has been released Dormant User System and Account Cancellation System which eligible
for MT4/MT5 trading account holders who have not used their accounts for a certain period of time onTuesday, November 1, 2022.

Dormant users with insufficient balance that the $5 account maintenance fee would not be able to collect ,
the account will be "terminated".

The account maintenance fee will be collected only after the account is determined to be a dormant user.
Normally, collection of the fee begins one month after the account becomes dormant.
However, since the dormant user system and the account termination system have only been in operation for a short period of time, 
there is a grace period for the collection of account maintenance fees.
We will start collecting the account maintenance fee from the eligible customers on February 13 (Mon.).

After the collection of the account maintenance fee is completed, 
those customers whose accounts have been closed will be notified by e-mail .

If you have any of the following transactions(deposits, transfers, transactions, or credit additions ) before the collection begins, 
the account maintenance fee will not be collected.
