We would like to inform you that the conditions for bonus cancellations upon withdrawals and fund transfers have been revised.
Previously, if you made a withdrawal from any of your trading accounts, the bonus would be canceled on all accounts.
And if you made a transfer from a trading account, all bonus from the transfer account would be canceled. 

From now on, instead of the full cancellation of bonus, 
only bonus from the withdrawal or transfer account will now be canceled proportionately
based on the ratio of the withdrawal/transfer amount to the account balance.
Other accounts will not be affected and bonus will remain in those accounts. 

The details are as follows.

①【When a withdrawal is made from a trading account】

▼Before
Bonus will be canceled for all accounts.

▼Now
Bonus will be canceled from withdrawal account proportionately, 
based on the ratio of the withdrawal amount (including handing fee) to the account balance 
Bonus in other accounts will not be canceled.

②【When a transfer is made from a trading account】

▼Before
All Bonus will canceled for the transfer account, 
and the bonus will not be redistributed to the destination trading account.

▼Now
Bonus will be canceled from transferor account proportionately, 
based on the ratio of the transfer amount to the account balance. 
Bonus will not be redistributed to the destination trading account.

【Examples of Bonus Cancellations】

Account balance: 100,000 JPY
Bonus: 20,000 JPY

▼In the Case of Full Withdrawal
If the entire account balance is withdrawn, 
the bonus will be fully canceled only from the withdrawal account. 
Bonus in other accounts will remain unaffected

▼In the Case of Partial Withdrawal to Japanese Bank
If 48,000 JPY is withdrawn from the account balance to Japanese bank, 
including a 2,000 JPY handling fee, the total withdrawal amount is 50,000 JPY. 
In this case, the bonus will be proportionately canceled at 50%, meaning 10,000 JPY of the bonus will be canceled for the withdrawal account. 
While bonus in other accounts will not be canceled.

*If withdrawal methods with no handling fees are used, the bonus will be canceled proportionately 
based solely on the ratio of the withdrawal amount to the account balance.

If you are using EA,  you may need to change your EA settings accordingly.
